The first meeting between Ascrum and ARC in a long time. Good show from both teams last sunday. Some nice sevens to be seen.
Springbreak is almost over and the ARC youth will play this weekend @Nationale Sevens on Saturday.
Benjamins and Minis return safely from Belgium, with some great experiences..

Sevens training last sunday!!! We had Eemland over to have a great afternoon.
Next week the first tournament in Driebergen/Zeist @PinkPanthers, the week after @ASCRUM and following that is the National Sevens championships in Amsterdam.

Our veterans lost 2 Waterland.. they had a tough pitch to play last sunday!!
The beer was tasty and the fun was good!! Especially 4 the old timers on the field..

Our veterans team playes away in Purmerend and our TBM have matches in Almere.

Our competition has finished with a win over Hilversum.
It is now time to prepare for the 7's and next season.
The youth competiton has finished too and they are also preparing for 7's.
Offcourse we will have some english visitors to play XV rugby.

Cubs game was a loss, yet all worked hard.
This weekend we will meet the Ducks in Boxtel.

Great win of our 2nds over RCH, definately contesting for the championship.
De Junioren hebben in een geweldige strijd de winst gepakt tegen Hilversum. Zij hebben nog een kans op het kampioenschap.
De Cubs winnen de 1e helft en verliezen ruim de 2e helft van Oemoemenoe, helaas jongens maar hard gewerkt.

Ondanks het weer zijn zaterdag bij ARC 3 jeugdwedstijden gespeeld!! Het veld heeft zich goed gehouden en zondag heeft het 1e team ruim gewonnen van Rush, de favoriet in de 3e klasse.
Zaterdag hebben de TBM getraint. De cubs hebben 2 competitie wedstrijden gespeeld, waarvan 1 gewonnen en 1 verloren. De junioren hadden geen kind aan een incompleet Breda.

Alle zaterdag jeugd heeft geweldige resultaten behaald in hun uitwedstrijden. De komende week speelt iedereen bij ARC thuis.
Zondag spelen ook de colts thuis en de senioren thuis tegen Rush.
Tegen Rush is de grote wedstrijd om te proberen ons 2e team in de 2e klasse te krijgen. ARC 1890 heeft iedereen langs de lijn nodig!!!

Het was een top drukte bij de Nieuwjaars receptie. Dat geeft de ARC'r moed voor de toekomst. Mooi om te zien dat er zoveel jeugd aanwezig was, dat maakt de club pas echt compleet.
Eindelijk hebben de 'Ollanders weer eens van de Touristen gewonnen bij de Nieuwjaarswedstrijd.
Zaterdag en zondag weer een vol programma voor alle teams.

Life goes on!!! ARC played v NOP RC a good practice run.
Junioren hebben in een thriller met RCH afgerekend. De Cubs hebben 1 thuis wedstrijd gewonnen en 1 verloren. Beide teams zijn geweldig vooruit gegaan.

Gelukkig draait de jeugd nog steeds goed. Gisteravond, op pakjes avond, is door de talenten van de toekomst gewoon getraind.

ARC had to cancel the match v 't Gooi. The ARC 2nds won clearly from Waterland.
De jeugd heeft een zeer succesvol RTC weekend gehad. De eerste districts wedstrijden zijn gespeeld. De junioren hebben gelijk gespeeld tegen district midden en de Cubs hebben verloren in een mooie pot.
De ARC TBM hebben thuis een goede wedstrijd dag beleefd.
Let op!!! Woensdag 5 december is het clubhuis open en kan er worden getraint.

Gooi en Waterland 2 are comming to the ARC grounds.
Zaterdag spelen 7 ARC jeugd spelers in het NoordWest Districts team tegen District Midden bij RC Eemland. Een leuke pot om te gaan kijken.
De TBM spelen thuis, de eerste KO is om 11u.

ARC had a double meet with RCH.. No injuries and most had a good game!!
De ARC prop Steve Williams was gevraagd om met Duitsland mee te doen, 35 - 5 gewonnen van Moldavie.
De TBM, Cubs 1, Cubs 2 en de Junioren hebben een goed rugby weekend achter de rug.
Voor de CJC was het een zware dobber. De TBM hebben, voor ARC, alles recht gezet.

Onze junioren hebben gewonnen van WildPigs, helaas hebben de cubs 1 verloren van Rotterdam en cubs 2 verloren van de WildPigs.

ARC 2nds won in an epic battle from AAC3rds, well done everyone!!
Onze junioren hebben gewonnen van Breda, helaas hebben de cubs hun eerste uitwedstrijd verloren van Diok.
De TBM wedstrijden waren afgelast, ze hebben zaterdag wel Halloween gevierd.. een geweldig feest!!!

De jeugd begint met 4 uitwedstrijden. TBM bij AAC, Cubs 1 tegen Diok, Cubs 2 zijn vrij en de Junioren in Breda.
Cubs 1 wachten nog op de uitnodiging van Diok, dan gaat de wedstrijd definitief door!!
Wanderers in Purmerend, en het 2e uit tegen AAC 3.

There was a players meeting, sunday morning, which ended late in our sponsors bar Anno 1890. That should be considered a good sign!!
Our youth teams had no games.

Cubs en Junioren hebben beide hun Bulldogs/Haarlem tegenstander verslagen.
De komende 2 weken zijn er geen wedstrijden..
Zaterdag speelt Oranje XV tegen Zwitserland een oefenpot bij het NRCA.

ARC 1st are preparing for the big1 away game v TheHague. ARC 2nd is ready for meeting with WestFriesland.
De Junioren spelen hun laatste pot om het kampioenschap in de poule. Hierna is het doorgaan in de winnaarsronde, liefst als nummer 1 geplaatst.
De Cubs spelen hun laatste competitie poule wedstrijd thuis tegen de Bulldogs/Haarlem combinatie.
De Colts zijn vrij!!

Dukes were still one size up for ARC. Still the mentality is good in the ARC 1st team, they will be ready for next weeks game.
Junioren hebben tegen de AAC dames gespeeld, en hun eer behouden met een ruime overwinning.
Cubs en Junioren hebben dit weekend weer competitie.

Onze Junioren hebben nu zoveel zelfvertrouwen dat ze zondag tegen de dames van AAC spelen... ;)
Voor de Cubs en Junioren is er ook weer het RTC weekend(Regio Talenten Centrum), waar we met 8 spelers naartoe gaan.
Sunday our seniors have two home matches, a tough match v The Dukes and a unknown v The Smugglers.

1st Team big loss against AAC, 2nds did not play.
Colts showed progress in winning over the bulldogs. Juniors hebben hard gewerkt voor hun overwinning in Noord. Cubs hebben hun voorruitgang beloond gezien met winst tegen Noord.

TBM uit bij de Bulldogs in Almere. Cubs en Juniors uit in Havelte, Drente, en de Colts spelen zondag in Haarlem. Let op, Colts aangepaste KO tijd. De gehele jeugd is dus op reis.
De TBM krijgen weer hun Halloween.
Leon, de jonge man met scrum cap op de foto, is met Oranje U19 naar Engeland voor een oefenwedstrijd.

1st Team big loss against Oysters, 5 - 43, 2nds big win v Alkmaar, 33 - 17.
Colts had a good game v Hilversum, but lost 5 - 20. Juniors had a hard fought win over Cas, 14 - 12. Cubs lost to Cas, 46 - 12, but improved from last week..

Almost took the points @REL, 12 - 3.
Cubs had no chance, with an incomplete team, vs Waterland, 54 - 5. The Juniors took our revenge, they beat Waterland in a thriller 10 - 22.

ARCs meeting with Cas was hard, we had to improvise to make a full squat. Some had to play 2 games...
De junioren deden het beter en hebben hun pot mooi gewonnen, helaas hebben de colts ook punten laten liggen bij Cas.

Another tough weekend for ARC.. This week we were confronted with injuries, it should all come together against Cas.
De junioren hebben gecombineerd met AAC en hun eerste overwining behaald, het was een mooie oefenpot in en tegen 't Gooi.
De wanderers hebben de Joseph Boyd trofee voor de 2e maal op rij gewonnen, zaterdag was erg gezellig met AAC en Waterland op bezoek.

Morgen trainen de TBM om 11u omgekleed op het veld.

Zaterdag spelen de wanderers het Joseph Boyd tournooi, gasten Waterland en AAC.. Pak die kans en laat je zien op het veld bij ARC!!

De jeugd heeft nog 1 weekendje vrij, daarna gaat het seizoen echt van start. Het is mooi om te zien dat er zoveel enthousiaste heren op training zijn, het beloofd een goed seizoen te worden.

A tough weekend for ARC.. This week our final arrivals check in. This should help to improve the results.
Zaterdag is de jeugd registratie dag top verlopen, ruim 12 nieuwe gezichten voor alle categorien. De trainingen zijn voor alle groepen begonnen.
We maken er weer een TOP jaar van!!

ARC visited Dwingeloo for a good trainingsweekend and plenty of social activities.
De ARC Cubs zijn naar Belgie geweest en hebben helaas van Rugby Liege verloren. Een team dat 3e was geindigd in de belgische competitie.
Daarnaa heeft iedereen genoten van de bbq en de uitmuntende wedstrijd van Belgie - Argentinie.
